WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT ALL POSITIONS FOR THE 1st SEMINAR HAVE BEEN COVERED.
THE REGISTRATION FORM REMAINS OPEN IN ORDER TO CREATE A PRIORITY WAITING LIST IN CASE OF ANY POSITION CANCELLATION OR FOR THE NEXT COMING SEMINAR TO BE HELD ON 28-30 JANUARY 2016.
GIVEN THE HIGH NUMBER OF REGISTRATIONS, EFFORTS ARE MADE TO OBTAIN AN ADDITIONAL CADAVERIC SPECIMEN.
You are kindly requested to read carefully the information and instructions listed below before proceeding with your Registration.
To make a registration, you should:

Participation is confirmed only upon paying the registration fee, within 5 working days from the registration at the latest, and by sending the relevant proof of payment to the Conference Secretariat.
Please note that pre-registration will be valid only if the Registration Form and relevant proof of payment are sent to the Secretariat no later than 15 January 2015.

• Attendance to all scientific sessions of the Conference • Attendance to workshops • Visiting the Exhibition Area • Printed Conference Material • Certificate of Attendance • Participation in Coffee Breaks and Light Meals
For workshops, priority order will be followed.
Immediately after submitting the online registration, you will receive by e-mail an automated message confirming the proper submission of your registration.
If you do NOT receive this Confirmation e-mail, your registration has NOT been submitted successfully and you will have to re-file the Registration Form or contact the PCO to settle the situation.
Note: Your registration will be completed only until proof of payment is received by the Secretariat.

When depositing the fee do not forget to mention:
• Participant's full name • Reason for payment (tendon transfer)
All bank charges are borne by the depositor.
A copy of the deposit receipt should be sent by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org ) or by fax (+30 2310 226250) within 5 working days from registration day. After this period, your registration will not be accepted.
Β. CREDIT CARD (MASTERCARD, VISA or AMERICAN EXPRESS)
Direct on-line registration and payment is recommended.
For written registration cancellations submitted to the PCO/Secretariat:
• Until 12/12/2015: there will be 50 % refund of the registration fee • From 13/12/2015: there will be no refund
Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.
In case of cancellation of registration, the refund of the fee will be settled within 30 days after the end of the Conference.
